HUMMER EV SUV Proportions & Dimensions

The HUMMER EV SUV is nine inches shorter than its Pickup truck counterpart when it comes to wheelbase, making it more maneuverable than its sibling. GMC expects the vehicle to deliver best-in-class off-road proportions, aided by its turning radius of 35.4 feet thanks to 4 Wheel Star. That’s a smaller radius than the Mustang Mach-E, one of the vehicle’s biggest competitors.

Thanks to the Ultium Drive System, the HUMMER EV SUV is able to deliver an incredible amount of power to each individual wheel, making it far more maneuverable than most vehicles in its segment. This makes even the most difficult driving conditions and off-road terrains manageable thanks to dimensions such as 13 inches of suspension, the ability to climb grades of 60 percent both forward and in reverse, the ability to scale a vertical of 18 inches and even to ford water that’s more than 2 feet deep.

Available Maneuverability Features

Additional features can help with maneuverability even more. Both 4 Wheel Steer with Crab Walk and Adaptive Air Suspension with Extract Mode are standard features in the 2X, 3X and Edition 1 trim levels of the 2024 GMC HUMMER EV SUV. The vehicle also comes standard with 22” wheels and 35” OD Goodyear all-terrain tires. E4WD with torque vectoring comes standard on the 3X and Edition 1 models, and shoppers will be able to opt for the Extreme Off-Road Package which adds even more.
