I came to Carl Black to get the Yukon Elevation, and Andres Cruz was the sales guy. OMG! He was not a slimy sales guy. He was very laid back, answered all my questions with just the facts. It has been by far the most relaxing car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Carl Black Buick GMC service team is by far the best place to take your car for service! Crystal Ramirez was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my truck. She was very responsive to my questions and gave me honest answers. To top it off, she had my car cleaned inside and out and it looked great! I have had many Yukon’s over the years, I have taken them to many service centers. By far, I was taken care of with the best customer service, the most efficiency, and for the best price out of anywhere by a Service Advisor named Alex. I cannot say enough great things about my service advisor, Doug Fincher at Carl Black GMC of Roswell. He has been a breath of fresh air to work with throughout the entire service process. His knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer service truly set him apart. I initially brought my 2020 GMC vehicle in because it was experiencing issues that wasn’t triggering a diagnostic code. As anyone familiar with vehicle diagnostics knows, those situations can be some of the most difficult to identify. Rather than dismissing my concerns because there wasn’t a code to point to the problem, he listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and made sure the issue received the attention it deserved. Thanks to his persistence and the expertise of the technicians, they were able to accurately diagnose the issues my vehicle was having and got me on the right path to having them resolved. I grew up in a diesel repair shop that was a Mack-certified dealership in Wise, Virginia, so I know firsthand that dealing with warranty work, insurance claims, and manufacturer requirements can be a complicated and sometimes frustrating process. Because of that background, I recognize when someone truly understands how to navigate the system, and he absolutely does. He knows the process inside and out and works hard to ensure everything is handled correctly while making it as stress-free as possible for the customer. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed every step of the way with timely updates on my vehicle and clearly explained what was happening. His communication was exceptional, and I always felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands. He is an incredible asset to the Carl Black GMC service department and represents the dealership with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers.
