Nolan was excellent to work with. he found me the exact truck I wanted AT4 with the diesel engine in the color I wanted. The dealership had to bring it from another location. Finance worked me a deal I was comfortable with. Very happy with my overall experience.

When I was shopping for a new car I thought I had made a decision until I stopped at Car Black. Of course I was familiar with Buick but having driven Hondas, BMWs, and Toyotas all my life I had never driven a Buick. A very knowledgeable and professional salesman assisted me and let me test drive an Envision SUV. One drive and I fell in love with this car. From start-to-finish, a great experience. Larry Auzenne is the absolute best - consummate professional, friendly, pleasant, attentive and enjoyable to talk/work with. The waiting area was great - complete with coffee bar, popcorn, water, TV, WiFi, etc. and service bay and the dealership was cleaner than Class A office space.

I am a long time customer and have never had a bad experience, especially with the vehicle servicing. The changes are nice, received a text to access the estimate. It was easy to add additional recommended service items, including emissions testing (saved me from having to go someplace else). Liked the transportation to and from (Lyft), ability to pay before pickup and I can't say enough about Tommy. He had someone give my car a quick wash, interior cleaning, always putting the cherry on top!
