Buick Announces an All-Electric Lineup by 2030 

Buick plans to have an all-electric lineup by 2030, with the Electra brand being reborn. They also plan, for the more immediate future, to have their first EV on the market by 2024. In that time, Buick will relaunch its logo, and move to completely revamped vehicle designs. These designs will be sleek and futuristic appearing, without being outlandish. 

The Buick Wildcat EV concept vehicle showcases everything that Buick is moving towards. To round out their move into transforming the brand, the company plans to add their connectivity features as standard equipment moving forward. This includes three years of Onstar and Connected Services Premium Plan which include Wi-Fi capability, connected key fobs, and Onstar safety features.  

The company looks to the future and its EV lineup as a means to provide outstanding vehicles to everyday drivers. Buick is currently enjoying an increase in business by nearly 8%. Nearly 73% of sales are from customers new to Buick. This encouraging news is very welcome moving into the coming decade.
