GMC Encourages you to “Work from Anywhere”

It’s no secret that a lot of people across the country have been working from home for the past year and beyond. That makes the upcoming national holiday on June 24^th – National Work From Home Day – seem kind of silly. GMC decided to do something to flip the holiday on its head, keeping the tradition of the holiday alive but encouraging those individuals who have already been working from home to leave their workplace too. Traditionally, the holiday was meant to enable people to get out of their workspace. If their workspace is already home, then why don’ they just… work from anywhere?

What is Work from Anywhere?

GMC is encouraging all of its existing customers with a GMC vehicle that provides in-vehicle Wi-Fi to opt-in for the data plan. The first 20,210 individuals to opt-in during Work from Anywhere Week – which will run from June 24^th to July 4^th of 2021 – will get to experience built-in Wi-Fi for free with 30 days of complimentary service. There’s also a chance to win a GMC Sierra AT4 by participating in GMC social media campaigns.

With Wi-Fi enabled in your vehicle, you really can work from anywhere. Head out to a quiet, peaceful location outside your neighborhood and enjoy the outdoors while still having the luxury of an internet connection to get your work done. It might be just the refresh you need!
